South Texas Gunfighters
For a rootin, tootin good time be sure to make it to the South Texas Gunfighters show as they humorously preserve the spirit and the legends of the Old West. To add a true western flavor to the Poteet Strawberry Festival, a western town including a saloon, jail, bank and outhouse is set up.
You'll hear the gun fire all weekend on Rick's Insurance Stage #1. Friday's show starts at 7:30 pm. Saturday and Sunday's shows run at 12:30, 2:30 and 4:30 pm.
Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blues Dancers
The Dallas Cowboys are pleased to introduce an innovative, unique and exciting new element to their entertainment line-up. The Dallas Cowboys' Rhythm and Blue Dancers, a high-energy hip-hop dance team, will bring a new level of enthusiasm and entertainment value to the experience for the ever-faithful Dallas Cowboys fans.
They will perform Saturday on the Coors Light Stage #13 Lions Pavilion from 3:00 - 5:00 pm.
The “Royal White Tiger Discovery” program is a special designed exhibit and conservation
education program which goal is to promote and excite people to the many conservation issues
involving the last five remaining species of tigers in the wild. Currently there are only
about 40 Royal White
Tigers on exhibit in zoo’s
throughout the United
States, and less than 400
in the world, and none
left in the wild. We are
proud to be able to bring
and share these magnificent adult Royal White Tigers to the
general public.
Be sure to stop by the exhibit throughout the weekend and see these rare animals.

Shannen Fields, and David Cole from the upcoming movie "Suing The Devil" will take part in the parade, be on our grounds to sign autographs and will be introduced before the Pat Green concert.
They will sign autographs Saturday from 3:00 - 4:00 pm at "The Cool Zone" an area with tents sponsored by Green Energy of S.A.
