What better way to promote his new album "Troubadour" than to do it in the town where he was born...Poteet, Texas.

George Strait has graciously given the Poteet Strawberry Festival an autographed guitar to be auctioned at the Taste of Texas Auction on Sunday, April 13, at 3:00 PM, during the 61st Annual Poteet Strawberry Festival.  All proceeds will go into the George Strait Scholarship Fund to be issued to deserving Poteet Seniors in his honor.
