Thanks to H-E-B, the children, who attend the 61st Annual Poteet Strawberry Festival on April 11, 12 & 13, will be delighted with the "berry" special entertainment being presented especially for them.

PIRATES AHOY

Up to 25 landlubbers per show will join the pirate crew for a fun adventure on the high seas.  Each child will dress the part in one-of-a-kind pirate costumes plus as colorful fish and sharks.  The kid pirates take on the role as the crew working together to save the ship from the deadliest of foes.

COMEDY SAFARI SHOW

Starring family comedian, Mark Preston, the Comedy Safari Show is sure to be a crowd pleaser as he entertains all ages with his magic, comedy and incredible performing animals.  Ultra-friendly macaws and cockatoos join him as stars and more often than not, steal the show.  Audience participation is one of his strong points, so everyone is invited to come and join the fun.

STRAWBERRY EATING CONTEST

Children can see just how many strawberries they can eat when they participate in the Strawberry Eating Contest at 1:00 PM on both Saturday and Sunday.

The Radio Disney Performers will be in the Children's Area from Noon to 5:00 PM on both Saturday and Sunday to entertain everyone with their dancing and singing.  Radio Disney will also be on hand with tons of giveaways.
